Hello, my name is Zacharias McCormick or Zach for short. I am a passionate individual with diverse interests and a strong drive for excellence.
One of my favorite pastimes is bowling. I find great joy in the precision and strategy required to knock down those pins. Whether it's a friendly game or a competitive tournament, bowling always manages to keep me engaged and entertained.
Programming is the area where I excel. I have honed my skills in this field to the point where I consider myself fluent. The ability to create and solve problems through coding brings me immense satisfaction, and I am constantly seeking new challenges and projects to further refine my programming abilities.
Outside of my hobbies, I am an active member of the National Honor Society (NHS). Being a part of this esteemed organization allows me to contribute to my school and community through various service projects and academic initiatives. I am honored for being recognized for my commitment to scholarship, leadership, character, and service.
Academically, I have been fortunate to receive multiple school honors for my outstanding performance. These accolades are a testament to my dedication to learning and my consistent pursuit of academic excellence. I strive to apply the same level of determination and focus to all aspects of my life, not just my studies.
In addition to my academic achievements, I have also received multiple sports honors. Participating in sports, particularly bowling, has taught me valuable lessons about discipline, teamwork, and perseverance. The recognition I have received in this area highlights my commitment to sportsmanship and the pursuit of athletic success.
In conclusion, I am Zacharias McCormick, an enthusiastic individual with a passion for programming, bowling, and archery. My expertise in programming, membership in NHS, and numerous school and sports honors reflect my commitment to personal growth, academic excellence, and the pursuit of success in all aspects of my life. I look forward to working with you in finding success in the future of robotics at HHS.
Over my high school career, I have received 6 relevant course certificates which are all displayed to the left. I have passed APCS (Sem 1 & 2), APCSP (Sem 1 & 2), JavaScript Game Design, and Basic Web Design: HTML & CSS.
